Her new book, “At the Table: The Chef's Guide to Advocacy," highlights ways that people can get involved in food policy and advocacy. It showcases chefs that work on hunger relief efforts, food waste reduction policies, labor and mental health policies and more. The work is informed by her decade working with non profits like the James Beard Foundation.
