Meet the Foodie Pharmacology Team
While I get to have all the fun in front of the camera and behind the microphone with our incredible guests, the podcast producers are the ones making the magic happen behind the scenes! Rob Cohen and Christine Roth, co-creators of the show since day one, have been an absolute joy to work with.
Here’s a bit more about their impressive backgrounds:
Rob Cohen and Christine Roth are sought-after writer-producers and seasoned development executives with nearly 20 years of experience crafting compelling science-related television, digital, and audio content. They have cast, written, developed, and produced projects such as Origins: The Story of Humankind (Nat Geo) and the DNA adoption mystery Taken at Birth (TLC/Hulu). They are also the masterminds behind the long-running podcast Foodie Pharmacology with Dr. Cassandra Quave.
Their expertise spans a wide range of topics, including general science, AI, anthropology, marine archaeology, space exploration, and medicine. They have developed and cast science programming for prominent production companies such as ITV America, Red Arrow Studios, Banijay, Fremantle, Mark Burnett Productions, and Shine America, among others.

What’s Coming in Season 7?
We are already busy planning for Season 7! Taping for new episodes will begin in mid-January, and you can look forward to fresh content dropping in early February. We’re lining up an incredible roster of guests, including authors, chefs, scientists, and physicians.
Do you have any suggestions for future topics or potential guests? Let me know! I’m always on the lookout for fresh ideas and new voices to share in our journey to uncover the science behind food and health.
I encourage you to subscribe to Foodie Pharmacology to access new episodes when released! Give us a 5-star rating on Apple Podcasts so others can find it and enjoy!
You can also support the show by sharing your favorite episodes with friends or purchasing swag from our shop! My personal favorite is our custom mug, featuring the podcast logo and a caffeine molecule. After all, what better way to kick off your day than with a little stimulant alkaloid to give you a boost?
Yours in health, Dr. Quave

Hello.
I so enjoy the Foodie Pharmacology podcast. I watch as often as i can. I only found out about this pod cast a few years ago and am so glad. Have you ever had Dr Monica Gagliano on your show or DR. Gerald Pollack? These are two leading edge very interesting scientists you might want to consider.
Thank you so much for what you are doing, Venice Kelly
