Tisanes are a big thing here is France. My favourite though is a good old fashioned nettle

In July of 2023 I sent pictures of 16 teas that had landed in our cupboard hoping that a dietician would rank them in order of benefit (I come with a few conditions that I'd try to gently treat with tea)

Since I became 72, I have found that drinking alcohol does not benefit me any more. Or maybe it is my improved lifestyle of yoga, walking, and less sugar that makes me feel like I don't even need a glass of wine. My go to drink in the evening is Teeccino tea. there are many flavors and they taste good to me.

This is my 2nd Dry January and I rely heavily on my huge tea stash to replace my typical daily alcohol habit. At 67 and, given the new Surgeon General’s warnings, and the encouragement of this excellent article, I believe my alcohol consumption need ms to change permanently. Thank you for all the great information.
