I especially liked the part about the way we brew our coffee makes a difference regarding ldl cholesterol, I cold brew organic light roast and I'm curious if I need to change?

I found that part to be fascinating, too! I need to read up on the original research on this topic to better understand it. Bottom line from his book is that filtration is a key step in removing the compounds of concern.
